Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy:
   • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with objectives and brand identity.
   • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaigns.
2. Content Creation and Curation:
   • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
   • Curate relevant and compelling content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
3. Community Management:
   • Foster and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
   • Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to clients’ industries.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
   • Provide regular reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
5. Paid Social Advertising:
   • Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns to meet client objectives.
   • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 1+ years of experience in social media management.
