Job Description
NeuWeb Marketing is seeking an ambitious representative to join our sales team. This assignment has a small base pay plus commission-based accountability, flexible hours, and the ability to work from home. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, have a passion for helping others, be a team player, and be dedicated to getting results using our proven outreach system.
DESCRIPTION: This is an inbound/outbound sales position; meaning first impression responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: – Calling Prospects – Setting appointments – handling prospective client’s objections and moving them forward in the sales process – following up via text and email (CRM) – messaging on social media – critical thinking and creative problem-solving. – clear and consistent communication in our mobile CRM app and Discord channel. In this position, you will have the chance to shape and mold our outreach efforts and become a core member of the NeuWeb team.
EXPERIENCE: Experience with digital marketing/Website sales, Facebook ads, or digital prospecting methods like LinkedIn is preferred. Prior knowledge of how to run a sales team or relevant entrepreneurial experience may suffice.
COMPENSATION: Compensation will vary based on performance, abilities, and experience. Commissions are paid each week on appointments set and deals closed. Your base pay will be paid out monthly. The real beauty is for those ambitious enough to learn our sales process and become efficient closers, you can earn commissions on a percentage of the recurring monthly revenue of your clients(up to $250/mo per account).
