As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and WordPress platforms for our diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Implementation and Optimization:
- Lead the implementation of CRM systems for NeuWeb and clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Customize CRM solutions to meet unique client requirements and business objectives.
- Continuously optimize and refine CRM strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- WordPress Development:
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and a superior user experience.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to bring creative concepts to life on the WordPress platform.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance.
- Integration and Automation:
- Integrate CRM systems with WordPress and other third-party tools to streamline processes.
- Implement automation processes to improve workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on CRM and WordPress functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM and WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CRM implementation and optimization.
- Expertise in WordPress development and customization.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CRM integrations and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not necessary).
- 2+ years of experience in CRM and WordPress development (preferred).
